Who We Are

Staffing Partners California, a Solvis Healthcare, Inc. Company, provides home health care personnel and related services to individuals in the home or facility setting.  A Registered Nurse, is directly involved in our day-to-day operations and personally interviews each applicant.  All personnel undergo, a 10-panel drug screen, a background check (ACIC/NCIC, OIG), nursing license verification and work reference checks as part of the employment process.  We exhaust every avenue possible to screen our applicants.  A registered nurse will also do an intake interview by phone or in person to assess the individual's home care needs.

Staffing Partners follows the strictest guidelines for employment of personnnel, following JCAHO, Federal, State , and Local standards.  Staffing Partners is licensed to do business in California and carries both professional liability and workers compensation insurance on all it's employees.  We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a wekk, 365 days a year.

Staffing Partners has been providing supplemental nursing personnel since 1995 to private duty clients in San Diego County.  Clients can arrange for a few hours of support each week to around the clock 24 hour service.  Our staffers are very knowledgeable and dedicated; We will work hard to meet your home care needs.

You can be provided a Certified Nursing Assistant/nursing assistant, Corpsman, Home Health Aide, (or RN/LVN if needed)  For a minimum of four (4) hours per day as needed up to 24 hours a day, just give us a call.
